4-Day 3-Night Itinerary
Day 1: Saigon / Cần Thơ — Cà Mau
Pickup at the designated meeting point in Saigon or Cần Thơ
Visit Cái Răng Floating Market (if starting from HCMC via Cần Thơ), enjoy lunch with local specialties
Arrive in Cà Mau City, check in at the homestay and relax
Dinner at the homestay: steamed crabs, grilled clams, grilled black tiger shrimp with chili-salt
Day 2: Cà Mau Cape — The Southernmost Tip of Vietnam
Breakfast — early departure for the speedboat jetty
Check in at GPS monument 0001, walk the forest bridge, alluvial mudflats — photo session with guide
Lunch with Đất Mũi specialties — canoe trip through mangrove forests
Return to the homestay, freshen up, take a walk in Cà Mau City
Riverside BBQ dinner
Day 3: U Minh Hạ — The Mysterious Cajeput Forest
Breakfast — depart for U Minh Hạ forest (~45-minute drive)
Learn bee harvesting, taste fresh wild honey, take a motorboat through cajeput forest, harvest eel traps
Lunch: braised eel with wild noni leaves, honeybee pupae salad, caramelized climbing perch in clay pot
Shop for pure honey and forest products, return to the homestay to relax
Farewell dinner: snakehead fish hotpot, tamarind-glazed sesarmid crabs, cold beer
Day 4: Specialty Shopping — Return to Cần Thơ / Saigon
Breakfast (Cà Mau noodle soup) + garden coffee
Visit local specialty markets: buy dried shrimp, mud crabs, salted crabs, and pure honey as gifts
Farewell lunch — depart back to Cần Thơ / HCMC
Arrive in Cần Thơ or HCMC. Tour ends.
