4-Day 3-Night Itinerary
Day 1: Can Tho — Soc Trang — Bac Lieu — Ca Mau
Car and tour guide welcome you at Can Tho airport, transfer to a local restaurant for breakfast.
Depart for Ca Mau, traveling via Soc Trang and Bac Lieu provinces.
Stop at a restaurant for lunch, taste regional cuisine and relax at leisure.
Arrive in Ca Mau, check in to your resort/hotel and rest or explore freely.
Enjoy dinner at a restaurant, followed by free time to explore Ca Mau City by night (Overnight in Ca Mau).
Day 2: Ca Mau — Ca Mau Cape — The Southernmost Tip
Breakfast at the hotel. Car and guide pick you up to depart for Ca Mau Cape (Dat Mui).
Arrive at Dat Mui to explore the mangrove forest ecosystem; take souvenir photos at the GPS 0001 coordinate monument, the Fatherland Flag Tower, the famous "Mui Tau" ship monument, and KM2436 (the end of Ho Chi Minh Highway); visit Lac Long Quan Temple and Mother Au Co Statue.
Enjoy lunch featuring Dat Mui specialties at a local restaurant.
Transfer to the Dat Mui tourism area.
Experience a wooden boat (vo lai) trip winding through the pristine mangrove forest to enjoy the cool breeze of the southernmost coast.
Depart back to TP. Ca Mau, check in to your hotel and rest.
Dinner at the restaurant, free time to explore Ca Mau (Overnight in Ca Mau).
Day 3: Ca Mau — U Minh Ha — Can Tho
Breakfast at the hotel, check out.
Car and guide pick you up to depart for U Minh Ha National Forest.
Board a wooden boat (vo lai) to travel along the green canals of the cajeput forest, enjoying the fresh air and bird songs. Experience eel and fish trap harvesting (do chum luon, do lop). Walk on the wooden bridge to discover the wetland ecosystem. Pick and taste organic orchard fruits (guava, plum, banana depending on the season).
Lunch featuring local specialties like braised wild fish and U Minh cajeput forest delicacies.
Depart for Can Tho City.
Arrive in Can Tho, check in to the hotel and rest.
Enjoy a delicious dinner featuring typical Tay Do local cuisine (Overnight in Can Tho).
Day 4: Cai Rang Floating Market — Con Son Eco-village — Airport Drop-off
Guide picks you up, transfer to Ninh Kieu Quay to board a boat to Cai Rang Floating Market. Explore the busy morning river trade, learn about the "cay beo" advertising poles, and buy fresh fruits. Visit a traditional noodle factory, try the unique "noodle pizza / pork-floss noodle" on the floating raft.
Return to Ninh Kieu, transfer to hotel for breakfast and check out.
Transfer to Co Bac Pier, board a boat to Con Son Ecotourism Community Village.
Visit the floating fish rafts, experience the unique "Koi fish massage", and taste homemade featherback fish cakes. Tour the organic fruit orchard depending on the season (rambutan, longan, pomelo...).
Experience making and tasting traditional Southern folk cakes (sweet rice noodles, khot cakes). Watch the spectacular "flying snakehead fish" performance by local farmers on the Hau River, and visit the guava garden.
Lunch featuring rustic local specialties of Con Son and relax.
Transfer to Can Tho Airport, concluding the 4D3N itinerary. Guide bids farewell and thanks.
