Day 1: Saigon → Cần Thơ (Cái Răng Floating Market)
Depart from HCMC to arrive at Cái Răng floating market early in the morning
Arrive in Cần Thơ — explore the floating market by boat, buy local treats and fruit on the river
Lunch in Cần Thơ: fish noodle soup, Southern savory crêpes (bánh xèo)
Visit Mỹ Khánh Tourist Village or local fruit orchards in Cần Thơ
Dinner and overnight stay in Cần Thơ
Day 2: Cần Thơ → Sóc Trăng → Cà Mau City
Depart from Cần Thơ to Sóc Trăng (~60km)
Visit Chùa Dơi (Bat Temple) and Chùa Đất Sét (Clay Temple), unique Khmer pagodas
Lunch in Sóc Trăng: traditional fish broth noodle soup, bánh pía cakes
Continue travel to Cà Mau City (~160km)
Arrive at Bà Ngoại Homestay Cà Mau — check-in, specialty dinner
Day 3: Cà Mau Cape — The Southernmost Tip of Vietnam
Early departure — board speedboat to Đất Mũi
Check in at GPS monument 0001, mangrove forest bridge, alluvial mudflats

Day 4: U Minh Hạ Forest — UNESCO Biosphere Reserve
Depart for U Minh Hạ forest

Lunch with U Minh specialties: braised eel, honeybee pupae salad, caramelized climbing perch in clay pot
Shop for forest specialties, return to the homestay, farewell dinner
Day 5: Specialty Market — Return to Saigon
Breakfast — visit Ca Mau local specialty market
Shop for dried shrimp, mud crabs, salted crabs, and honey (packaging assistance provided)
Farewell lunch — depart back to Saigon via highway
Arrive in Saigon, end of a memorable journey
